Each apartment offers floor areas from 113 to 155 sq. m. The four split-level apartments spread out over two floors are the most generously apportioned and come with spacious terraces.

Clever approach to interiors

Interiors will include heated three-layer wooden floors (choose from several shades), a preparation for air-conditioning with a heat unit, large-format tiles in the bathrooms, and Villeroy & Boch and Kaldewei sanitary ware. The Konsepti studio is ready to create a customized interior according to the client's wishes.

Quality standards

The small number of apartments ensures undisturbed privacy. The closest house is 70 meters away with a forest in between, allowing you to surround yourself with nature in a blissfully secluded spot.

Each apartment comes with a spacious 15–30 sq. m. terrace; the split-level apartments come with two terraces.

It's hard to imagine an apartment in the mountains without a crackling fire. All of the apartments are therefore equipped with fireplaces (choose from three options).

Winters in the Krkonoše Mountains can be very harsh. To help you keep warm, all of the apartments are ready for the installation of an infrasauna.

The interiors offer captivating views of the forests and meadows. Large-format aluminum windows have triple-glazed panes, ensuring a high level of thermal insulation and comfort.
